Our Exams Centre is officially accredited by Cambridge Assessment International Education and Pearson Edexcel, offering a full suite of external examinations. These include Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary Checkpoint, IGCSE, and AS & A Level qualifications. APPLICATION PROCESS
Complete the attached Examination Application Form with all required information.
Make sure to select the correct board (Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel) and the subjects you
wish to enter.
Once the form is completed, upload the following documents:
1. Completed Examination Application Form
2. Recent passport-size photograph (taken within the last 6 months)
3. Valid ID copy – either: – National ID Card (both sides), OR – Passport (photo page)
4. Signed Exams Code of Conduct (attached with the application package) All documents must be clear and in PDF or JPEG format.
A short meeting will be arranged with the Examinations Officer to:
– Review your application
– Verify your identity and documents
– Confirm subject choices and exam series
Once your application is approved:
– An official invoice will be issued.
– Payment must be completed by the stated deadline to confirm your exam entry.
Late entries may incur add
– Applications are only confirmed after payment is received.
– Keep a copy of all submitted documents for your records.
– You will receive an official Statement of Entry once registered.

Cambridge Examination Cycle – June Series
This calendar outlines the key steps and dates for students preparing for IGCSE, and AS/A
Level exams.
1. Entry Stage
• Mid- October – Estimated entries deadline
• 21 February – Final entries deadline
• 17 April – Late entries deadline (higher fees may apply)
➣ Students must complete registration with all required documents before the deadline.
2. Exam Period
• Late April – Start of Cambridge timetabled exams
• Mid-June – End of timetabled exam period
3. Results & post-results
• Mid- August – AS & A Level results released • Late- August– IGCSE and results released • Mid- September – Deadline for enquiries about results (e.g., remark requests) • Late October – Certificates sent to schools

• Deadlines are strictly enforced by the examination Boards.
• Early registration helps avoid late fees and supports access arrangements.
