TEACHING AND LEARNING

CIS International School of Tunis aspires to educate global citizens. To prepare our learners for an ever-changing world, we align our academic curriculum with Cambridge Primary and Secondary curriculum, tailor lesson plans and instructions according to the individual needs of our students and implement 21st century model to help them develop vital skills and values that are necessary to become global citizen and leader of the community.

Deep and personalized learning is at the heart of CIST education. Our students learn to think critically, collaborate with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds, and use creativity to solve unique challenges as they discover both passion and purpose in their work. In response, CIST developed framework for learning which attempts to layer a strong sense of purpose and vision through counselling, extra-curricular activities and guidance on top of an excellent academic program.

With developed framework, CIST aims to inspire individuals to develop their intellect, character and creativity to become adaptable, independent,  socially responsible and internationally minded global citizens.

We are looking ahead to the future and working to ensure that CIST curriculum will provide all students the best possible start in life and meet the demands of living in the 21st century.  CIST curriculum will be relevant, meaningful and engaging for all students. To ensure student success, we will review and update our curriculum and program if deemed neccessary.

The prospective program of CIST is summarized below.
